Excellent teacher & guitarist!!! Super talented!!

I heard this arrangement first on Ron's You-Tube channel and then purchased it from the website as I love to play well-known pieces. As a fairly advanced player myself the arrangement is easy to play and I can concentrate therefore on articulating it to make it sound beautiful. I am going to end up buying all of his arrangements for 6-string guitar and adding them to my repertoire. My only complaint is that Ron does not seem to have any more advanced arrangements available, for example his version of Happy Birthday he played on a video on his You-Tube channel for his birthday this year (2024), is really nice and sounds pretty challenging. That said the more straightforward arrangements I have seen of Ron's are most charming and do actually sound really good and I myself need to practice more on performance anyway, advanced technique is not the most important thing, the music is! So I'd like to thank Ron for his insight which is helping me develop as a musician. Good stuff.

Great lesson!
Ron gavé me some fantastic nuggets of information to advance my playing. The video recording of the lesson was a very useful. I look forward to having more lessons with Ron.

Great tune to learn 7 string jazz chords!!! Also like how there’s visual on where the notes need to be.

I’ve learned this tune on 6 string guitar and recently bought a 7 string guitar. This is a great arrangement for musicians that want to learn 7 string jazz guitar!

I started playing 7 string recently and as a beginner to 7 string guitar the arrangement is clear and straight forward and easy to read

Totally awesome job on all his materials!!!

Whatever the color, these are great picks - solid and long lasting. I will not be going back to the ones I used to use.
Ron's name just makes them cooler :)

This is great in helping provide a clear understanding on the rhythm changes approach that Barry Harris would use. I like seeing the visual aspect of it notated. Thanks and looking forward to working on this!

The download link didn’t work even though I paid. I never received the document.

What a great resource from Ron Jackson! I highly recommend it!

My son is living his mug gift and practicing daily

I love my mug so much! So glad I bought this. It's perfect for coffee or tea, and having Ron remind me to practice playing guitar on my cup is just what I need. Would be a great gift too.

Got interested in 7-string because of Bucky and John Pizzarelli. Been a six-string player for over 65 years. Bought an Eastman 7-string as a result of listening to Ron Jackson. This lesson helped me to better incorporate walking bass lines that I was already using on six-string with use on 7-string.
